Registration Steps

Registration is available in the following ways:

  • Effective November 2022: Services can be accessed by calling 518-873-3670 for our current registration process, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
  • Crisis Services can be accessed 24/7 by phone, by texting the number 741741, or by walking in Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Please refer to the checklist in the packet and review the packet information. Feel free to call us at 518-873-3670 for assistance with completing and/or returning the forms.

Your first session will consist of a 20 minute phone appointment with an on-call worker to determine the urgency or severity of your needs. Your second session will consist of, approximately, a one hour appointment with a clinician. Registration will be conducted in-person. Appointments after will be in-person or zoom.

  • No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
  • There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
