Introducing VSS – Vendor Self Service

Essex County is pleased to announce that we have migrated to a new vendor management system. This exciting new platform will allow your company to manage its own vendor information, view contracts, add attachments, and identify the types of commodities you offer. Additionally, you may view your associated PO, invoice, contracts, and payment data. You will also be able to submit bids electronically.

Our new platform permits us to utilize the e-procurement solution offered by many vendors. If your company offers this functionality, please contact us directly so that we can establish the required linkage and credentialing between our systems.

Please go to: https://essexcountynyvendors.munisselfservice.com/ and click the registration link on the left hand side of your screen. Here you will establish your vendor profile. You will be registering as a new vendor, regardless of whether you have previously done business with Essex County and YOU MUST USE YOUR VENDOR NUMBER PROVIDED BY ESSEX COUNTY. This will ensure that we have the most up to date and accurate information for your business.
